Manifesting and Healing with Dreams

Our dream time is the perfect time to heal our emotional body and set our intentions for manifesting. The subconscious mind is uninhibited by the conscious mind and ego while we sleep, thus allowing us to heal and manifest.

Our healing and evolution depends upon our ability to let go of the past, the ego’s control, or figuring out all the details. Often time the ego’s strong need to control stops us from moving forward or manifesting. The ego fears change and the unknown, keeping us stuck in past patterns. But you can override this during sleep time.

Take advantage of your dream time by following these steps and you’ll create a better pathway to healing and manifesting.

1) As you are going to sleep take a couple of deep breaths to clear your mind and relax your body
2) Think about what you want to heal or manifest
3) Ask God, Divine Intelligence, to assist you as you sleep to heal or manifest
4) Think about what you are healing or manifesting
5) In the morning write down any dreams or insight that have messages to assist you in healing or manifesting

The song Silent Lucidity by Queensryche talks about dream control. These lyrics hold a powerful message of letting go and using dreams to create what you want:

If you open your mind for me,
you won’t rely on open eyes to see

The walls you built within
come tumbling down and
a new world will begin

Mastering the conscious mind and breaking down the barriers the ego created from our experiences and perceptions is the key to manifesting and healing. When we learn to look at things from a different perspective our results change.

Countdown to the Solstice, Full Moon, & Lunar Eclipse

We are a few days away from the Winter Solstice on December 21st. This year the solstice is accompanied by a full moon and lunar eclipse.

Tuesday, December 21st at 12:13 am PST is the time of the full moon. It stirs up our emotions bringing unresolved issues to the surface.

It’s a great time to take note of what’s coming up and asking the Universe to help you resolve it. The combined energy of the full moon, solstice, and lunar eclipse bring about a powerful time of healing and setting the stage for the future.

Now is the time to focus on creating loving relationships with yourself and others. The full moon may stir up conflict, resentments, violence, anger, and disagreement. Focus your energy on creating love, peace, and joy by asking the Universe to provide you with unconditional love, validation, and support.

Also, for people that are triggering intense emotions within you, ask the Universe to provide them with the same gifts of validation, unconditional love, and support. This will disengage your emotions and energy from them and help settle the situation down.

Do something special to honor this day and yourself; set your intentions for the new year, express gratitude, or turn any turmoil over to the Universe to resolve.

This is a time for completion. Resolve the past and prepare yourself for a beautiful future!

Transitioning into the Aquarian Age

Our lives are governed by many patterns. There are patterns within us and patterns outside of us that influence our lives. One such pattern we are familiar with is the zodiac signs. About every 30 days the sun enters a new zodiac sign which has characteristics that influence us during that month.

The earth also transitions through a longer pattern called the zodiac age. It is similar to the zodiac signs we travel through every 30 days but the time period is estimated to last about 2,000 years.

The earth and its inhabitants are influenced by the specific zodiac sign it passes through for this time period. By looking at where we have been, we can have a better understanding of our potential future.

Right now we are transitioning out of the Piscean phase and into the Aquarian age. Renowned author and medical intuitive Carolyn Myss describes the duality of the Piscean age we are just exiting:

…the fundamental blueprint of Pisces (two fish swimming in opposite directions) expressed itself in a continual need to divide and conquer, separate and study, split East and West, body and soul, male and female, yin and yang, the left-brained from the right-brained, the intuitive from the intellectual…

These characteristics clearly describe the way we have lived for the past several thousand years. But we are seeing a difference in our world as we straddle between two signs. Carolyn says this about the zodiac age we’re moving into:

…Aquarian consciousness holds the template of holism (holy) – to draw humanity together. Thus, holism has become the template for medicine, the environment for the beginnings of a global community, and for how we now model ourselves: body/mind/spirit. Holism has become the new soul impulse. We are now living between eras – half in Pisces, an age of separation – and Aquarius, an age of unity and holism.

By understanding how we are influenced by this transition we know the old way of doing things will no longer work and learn to embrace a new way of holism. As we adapt to the changes around us instead of resisting the easier the transitions will be. Understanding our personal patterns and external patterns helps us learn to master ourselves and our lives.

New Moon in Sagittarius – Dec 5, 2010

New Moon Manifesting in SagittariumIt’s time to relax and celebrate instead of bracing for the next hard lesson like we’ve been doing for the past several months; finally a new moon where we can catch our breath. Just in time for the holidays and the New Year!

The new moon enters Sagittarius on December 5, 2010 at 12:36pm EDT (9:36 am PDT). Setting goals during this new moon is especially productive because of Saturn and Jupiter’s influence. Saturn in Libra helps us direct our energy in more productive channels, while, Jupiter in Pisces is keeping the energy high.

Letting go of the past and old way of doing things opens the door for new patterns and different possibilities. This is a time to expand your thinking – reaching way outside the box. Embrace your creativity and prepare for a joyful month.

Join us on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 9 pm EDT (6pm PDT) for another New Moon Manifesting call by clicking here to register. Along with our manifesting meditation, Jana will also provide a healing meditation for our throat chakra and nervous system (our communication system) which has been suppressed for centuries.

Hang on and enjoy the ride this month!

Manifesting with Emotion – The Power Within

Incorporating emotion into manifesting is absolutely necessary. Manifesting stems from the heart instead of the head. Gregg Braden asks the question, “What if we are afraid of our power?” Could the fear of success or your power actually inhibit your ability to manifest what you want?

Check out this video clip where Gregg Braden is talking about the power of emotion and how the Universe mirrors what we feel. When manifesting check in with your emotions and learn to override fears.

Manifesting isn’t new. We all know how to do it. It’s a matter of unlearning what we’ve been taught and re-membering how to create from our hearts.
