Self-created Limitations, Manifesting, & God

“The unfortunate condition in human consciousness that keeps individuals in their self-created limitations is their attitude which fears or ridicules that which it does not understand. A thing may not be probable under certain human conditions, but the God-self which is the Great ‘Light’ can change all human conditions, so nothing is impossible.”
Godfre’ Ray King wrote these words in his book Unveiled Mysteries after experiences with Ascended Master Saint Germain on Mount Shasta in the 1930′s. Those words today ring as true as they did almost 80 years ago.
So many people limit their outcome unsure of how to manifest what they really want. When the conscious mind cannot see or figure out the solution it denies the possibilities. The mind is trained through our experiences and when something is new or different it closes off the possibility in disbelief.
We all have unlimited resources available to us by tapping into God’s reservoirs. We are awakening our spiritual gifts which include mastery over our lives. What does that mean to master our lives? We do this by calling upon our experiences and talents in this or any other lifetime to manifest perfection in this lifetime.
For centuries we have believed that we are separate from God. But this lie or illusion is created by the mind and ego that keeps us believing we are separate from God. Mastery comes when we continuously acknowledge our God essence within us at all times. This means that each time you feel fear or lower frequency emotions you acknowledge them and then remind yourself you are the “Essence of God.”
Our God Flame or Light is constantly dwelling within us but the human ego has diminished the power of this flame because it is intangible. To “see” this Light again we must build our belief by continuously remind ourselves of this connection and allow it to grow. The ego fears this because it must surrender to an unknown. True manifesting occurs when we surrender.
Try an experiment for the next 30-90 days. Remind yourself many, many times each day that you are Divine and visualize your God-Flame within you building and shining brightly. You’ll begin to transform your physiology by creating a new path for neurotransmitters in the brain to travel. This in turn changes your results.
Like anything the more you practice, the more proficient you become at it. Imagine if you became very skilled at manifesting. The great mystery in manifesting comes from one simple process, re-connect with your inner God-self and surrender to the process. Seems so simple doesn’t it? Change and Illusions
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Inner Alchemy, Manifesting, Transformation
“The element of divine paradox is present in how change occurs in our lives, what it looks like, and what it is meant to stimulate in us. The ego is always frightened and cannot discern a blessing from a tragedy, because its only compass is its own survival. As a result, it bases every decision on either what it already knows and is familiar with or what it views as safe, all of which Buddha identified as pure illusion.
Times of change are about exactly that-a need to change. But changes of circumstance are the illusion, not the intent. You are always the object of change, never your situation. When life presents you with a crossroads and you are not sure what to do, the ego will always fall back on what it has already done. The ego pulls out its resume, which is, paradoxically, exactly the wrong thing to do. Change arrives because you need to move forward, not retreat to the past.”

Faith, Ego, and Inner Wisdom

Article first published as Faith, Ego, and Inner Wisdom on Technorati.
During times of transition or change you may feel unsupported, isolated or alone. But we are never alone.
Our God, Creator, Universal Intelligence (or whatever you call your higher-self) is always with us. By asking for help in all areas of our lives, no matter how mundane or trivial the request seems, we open a connection into an invisible network of assistance.
By asking for help, we receive guidance, support, and doors that seemingly appeared locked, miraculously open for us. It requires faith, patience, and letting go of expectations or preconceived ideas of the outcome or timing. The more we learn to listen to our inner guidance and are obedient to our promptings the easier our life becomes.
“I found that whenever I have surrendered in obedience, impossible things have become simple.”
~ St. Teresa of Avila
Sometimes people get so caught up in their circumstances they fail to realize the more difficult things get the more God is prompting them to move past their fears instead of being the “victim” of them.
Many people resist or ignore the promptings of their inner guidance and are paralyzed by fear. Isn’t insanity doing the same thing, expecting different results? If you want something different, yes, you will need to do something different.
Doing something new requires us to take baby steps. Our higher self may ask us to shift the people we’re around, place we live or work, let go of patterns and emotions, or whatever is necessary to create different results. We must surrender our perception of how the process will unfold and embrace faith to truly take us closer to flow.
Flow is the serendipitous timing of everything perfectly synchronized. Flow happens when you obediently follow the promptings of your inner wisdom; discerning, or asking for clarity to ensure your higher-self is guiding you instead of the ego.
The ego is tricky and attempts to keep us locked in our old patterns and behaviors. It wants to take credit or be “right” to prove it’s important. As soon as we rationalizing or justifying what we think is the answer, the ego has taken over. The ego will always lead us astray and away from our Divine Intelligence. By asking for clarity in your decisions you’ll learn to distinguish between your ego and higher-self.
By simply asking if this approach is devised by the ego or a message from your inner wisdom, you’ll bring awareness and clarity to the situation. The more you ask, the less the ego is involved and the easier flow becomes.
Faith is learning to trust in your higher-self and stepping away from the ego. When you surrender to the guidance of your higher-self you life will flow smoothly because you’re in sync with your inner wisdom, providing true peace and joy.
