With the New Moon in Capricorn it’s a time to build a strong, steady foundation.
As we transition out of another year it’s time to get back to basics. And Capricorn influences us by healing us create strong habits that will carry us throughout the year.
Capricorn brings with it the energy of patience, stability, organization, ambitious, industriousness, and responsibility. When you feel out of sorts, fearful, stubborn, doubting in the timing or the process, use affirmations to shift lower vibrating thoughts into higher ones.

Affirmations New Moon in Libra

New Moon in Virgo Affirmations 2011

With the New Moon in Virgo it’s a prime time to capitalize on characteristics it brings – reliability, enhanced analytical skills, a methodical approach, and becoming an observer! It’s a time to create strong roots, especially related to work issues. Be open to explore new options that help you expand your goals.
With so much information thrown at you, keep yourself grounded and ask your Creator to assist you in filtering what information benefits you for your highest good. It’s easy to get caught analyzing information or distracted from your path, so keep yourself grounded through meditation or taking a walk in nature.
When you feel yourself getting frustrated, confused or fearful, use affirmations to transform the emotions and confusion to focus on what you want such as:

Emotions intensify with the Full Moon in Aquarius occurring on Saturday August 13, 2011 at 2:57pm EDT (11:57am PDT). During the full moon phase our conscious and subconscious minds are seeking balance and resolution.
What emotions or issues are being brought forward to your consciousness? Now is the time to face them. You’re being guided and supported by your Inner Wisdom to face these issues, patterns, and situations head on.
The Moon in dreamy Aquarius is opposite the Sun in heart-felt Leo, and brings opportunities for deep philosophical change. It’s a perfect time to step out of the norm and look at a different realty. This opposition allows us to explore the mysteries of life and question our course. Now is a great time to ask yourself, ‘How do I lead a more purposeful life?” “How do I align myself with it?”

New Moon in Leo 2011

The New Moon in Leo begins on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 2:40 pm EDT (11:40 am PDT).
With this New Moon we are influenced by the fiery sign of Leo. It is ruled by the largest celestial body, the sun. So it’s no wonder that Leo’s have a strong desire to take center stage. This cycle is all about “the self” and is influenced by Leo’s attributes of leadership, hard work, generosity, creativity, adventure, and ceaseless energy. This is the perfect time to breathe new life into existing goals and evaluate your progress.
Self-expression is a big part of the Leo characteristics. How can you best express your talents? Leo supports us as we build self-confidence and discover hidden talents and dreams. Allow the inner-child to step forward and embrace the playful nature of Leo. Use the passion of Leo to follow your dreams, create new relationships or rejuvenate existing ones.
With this fiery sign we have a great opportunity to make big changes that will last beyond this lunar cycle. For those of you who are guided, inspired, or get messages from numbers, today is one of my favorites 7.11.11. This entire year 2011 is about illumination (number 11) and duality (number 2).
The number seven is significant in many aspects of spirituality such as the seven main chakras, seven days, etc.
According to Doreen Virtue, the number seven is “an extremely positive sign and means you should expect more miracles.”
According to Collette Baron Reed, the number seven is ” silence, spirituality, scientific studies, analysis, observation, meditation, and mysticism.
According to Kryon, the number seven is “divinity, wholeness, perfection, and life learning.”
The master number 11 holds the energy of “illumination”. The numbers in a date such as 7.11.11 work as a system each having an influence upon the others. So if we take the general meaning of the number seven as being spirituality, divinity, positivity, and miracles combined with illumination squared with 11.11, then my perception is today is a very special day where we may see shifts in our perceptions of divinity, wholeness, and perfection!
Today (7.11.11) take note of moments where you feel your reactions are different, where you feel different, and where you receive messages from surprising sources. These are all messages from your higher-self guiding you down the path towards your highest perfection! Be open to all messages as today is a portal towards your greatness. Take time to be still in silence and listen to the messages within.
As a gift my prayer for you today is:
“Be open to your angels, guides, ancestors, ascended masters, master teachers, master healers, you God-self, and anyone else assisting you now. Ask them to help you perceive all of the LOVE, VALIDATION, and SUPPORT that surrounds you so that you feel safe in receiving, expressing, and giving these gifts.”

DNA Healing

A single chair and pulpit sit on an empty stage before me. Excited for the event, I wait in anticipation for the speaker to begin. Finally the host gets on stage and announces today’s speaker, Lee Carroll who channels esoteric, new age information from an angelic energy called Kryon.
Lee has been channeling Kryon since 1989. He’s witty, making fun of “science versus spirituality” and how he got involved in the “fruit loops and wind chime” aspect of metaphysics and channeling. It wasn’t something that he choose to do, it choose him.
Inspired by Kryon’s channelings about DNA, I was checking out their website to purchase the newly released book“The Twelve Layers of DNA”. While poking around the website I decided to look at the seminar schedule only to discover they would be in Sacramento the next day (only 100 miles from me). My fascination with understanding and healing DNA led me to attend this event.
We all know that the DNA holds the blueprint to our genetic makeup. It tells our body to create cells with specific attributes from our biological parents, such as our eye color, hair color, height, and all other physical characteristics. Until recently science considered 97% of DNA to be “junk.” They didn’t know what it was or why it existed. Now they’re finding out the junk DNA is a library of information that we can tap into to change genetic traits, such as the predisposition of disease.
Most of the work I do involves changing a person’s DNA so the ancestral patterns are shifted and no longer affect my client or their future generations. It’s a unique concept that is sometimes difficult to comprehend with our third dimensional, linear brain. But we have the capacity to call forth different information in the DNA and create different results in the physical body. How can this be possible?
When a cell divides it looks to the DNA to determine what should be created. The cell holds a memory and intelligence (otherwise it couldn’t duplicate the same type of cell). In that split second before the cell divides it asks, “Do I create the same or something different?” Unless we tell the cell’s programming to change, it remains the same.
For example, a person with a damaged muscle from a sports injury will continue to produce damaged muscle cells because this is the most current blueprint. Have you heard of the term “spontaneous healing?” Doctors are baffled when a patient miraculously heals. This is an example of how quickly the cells can change when given the instructions to do so.
Within each of us is the power to change the programming, spontaneously heal, and create something different. This includes healing disease, injuries, emotional pain, and our ability to attract prosperity and love! We are the masters of our universe – and I’m talking about the universe within us!
We are living in a time where it is now possible to shift our DNA and reclaim the original blueprint available in the stem cells. It’s funny that about nine years ago stem cells made the news. I’ve been working with stem cells for about twelve years. Science has caught up with spirituality! But until science makes claims, many people are skeptical of the claims made by spiritual teachers and healers.
Lee confirmed all of this in his lecture. Studying DNA fascinates me because of the mounds of information that lie in this microscopic blueprint. We now can call forth skills and attributes from your ancestors as well as healing physical and emotional damage from your current lifetime.
We are here to learn to master ourselves. The only thing we can change in this world is ourselves, but once we change within, our outside world changes also. Healing the DNA holds the key to creating everything we desire. Essentially, our patterns, beliefs, and thoughts of scarcity, fear, self-worth, and allowing stop creation.
Imagine the possibilities of how your life could change by understanding how your DNA works. The possibilities are limitless! You can draw forth characteristics to enhance and improve every aspect of yourself.
It’s so cool to see the information available from many sources. In Kryon’s book there are references to medical doctors and scientists that are beginning to understand what we in the “spiritual community” have known for years! It’s exciting that these resources are opening the eyes of people who are ready to heal.

New Moon/Eclipse in Cancer 2011

The New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Cancer happens on July 1, 2011 at 4:53 am EDT (1:53 am PDT). This is the third eclipse within the past 30 days and is triggering necessary changes.
The new moon is the time for rebirth, new beginnings, a clean slate, planting new seeds, and is the perfect time to revisit existing goals or begin new ones. This new moon highlights the qualities of the astrological sign of Cancer – intuition, empathy, sensitive, and contemplative. Cancer is also ruled by the moon adding and extra dose of power to this New Moon.
The eclipse is brimming with expressive energy! It accelerates transitions in our situations, events, and issues, demanding our complete attention. The influence of this eclipse/new moon will last for up to a year. Where do you want to see change in yourself and your life?
The eclipse shakes up our world and creates necessary changes within and outside ourselves needed to clear our path and help us grow. These changes may seem dramatic, harsh, and sudden, and may provoke fears, anger, confusion, and frustration. But this is a time where we can make big changes depending upon our reaction to this energy. Where is your attention focused? What do you want to resolve and release? What do you want to create?
Now is the time to focus on what your subconscious is bringing to the surface and face it. The emotional, empathic energy of Cancer will assist you in dealing with unresolved emotional issues that are hiding below the surface. You have the support of your Creator, and inner courage and strength to resolve what is demanding your attention now. Keep reminding yourself of that each time you feel fearful, doubtful, or weak.

To prepare for the manifesting, write down a list of goals or intentions you want to attract or issues you want to release during the lunar cycle. After the cycle is over, review your old list crossing off goals achieved and file it, then begin a new list for the new cycle. To maintain balance in your life, look at goals on several different levels including financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physically.
