Anything that has been hidden will likely surface with the Scorpio Full Moon.
It’s a great time to express anything you have been holding inside. It’s an emotional Full Moon, because Scorpio wants to purge and release pent up energy and emotions. Scorpio wants to dig deep – releasing the illusions and stories we tell ourselves that keep us from getting what we want. Scorpio forces us to look at these things and seek the truth. It’s not an easy thing to do. It’s easier to hold onto the story or blame other people for the reason your life isn’t what you want. Scorpio assists us in restructuring the areas of our lives that haven’t been working. Which pushes us out of our comfort zone, causing us to address painful memories, addictions, or emotional wounds. What are you holding back that is festering on the inside? This Scorpio Full Moon wants you to resolve so you are healthier and happier. The water signs are always a time of deep emotional healing. They cause us to clean out the emotional closet, making room for new and better things.
This Taurus Sun – Scorpio Moon opposition stimulates awareness of what it takes to get what we want. The Taurus sun would prefer to skim the surface then face all this emotional stuff. It wants to eat, drink, and be merry; enjoying the finer things in life. It focuses on that which is mine – personal values, possessions, security, and material goods. Scorpio on the other hand looks at change, transformation, shared possessions, and destruction of form. It asks us to remove anything that no longer serves us and review our resources, determining where we can conserve now, allowing for experiences that will be worth more in the future.
The Full Moon energy is raw and uninhibited. It is the expression of what is new. We need to be aware to avoid projecting our own state of restlessness on other people. There may be a tendency to blame outside circumstances or people for the changes that are occurring. Take time to be grounded. Take a dip in the pool or a sea salt bath for support. The Scorpio Full Moon brings the opportunity for tremendous growth.
