New Moon in Pisces – March 2013

The New Moon in Pisces on March 11, 2013 at 2:54pm EDT (11:54am PDT) opens the door to deep healing. The Pisces energy is sensitive, dreamy, imaginative, and spiritual in nature. It’s a time to let go of control, so you dream and embrace the fluidity of life.
In Pisces there is the opportunity to surrender the ego and allow your Higher Self to guide you. Your soul knows the plan, you just need to step aside and let the magic to happen.
This is the last New Moon of the astrological calendar. As with any end, it’s a time of introspection, rest, and review. It’s important to wind down before the coming of Spring, preparing for new growth and openings.
Pisces rules the Twelfth House, The House of Self-Undoing. In this house you see self-defeating behaviors and limitations that create inner prisons. At this time there is a profound opportunity for growth with the support of the Sun, Moon, Neptune, Mercury, Venus, Chiron, and Mars all in Pisces. You may see behaviors, patterns, or your shadow-side that have been wreaking havoc on your ability to manifest.
Be open to possibilities, keeping yourself clear of tendencies for denial. Set goals during this time related to healing the dark side, seeing your “truth,” and embracing your divinity. Ask for assistance and clarity in understanding these hidden areas of your psyche that need healing. Be gentle, loving, and kind to yourself as these behaviors and patterns are revealed.
Pisces also is associated with the Crown Chakra due to its connection to mysticism and spirituality. Through the deep healing energy of this cycle, the lotus flower can blossom, opening up greater insight and intuition. The Crown Chakra governs the central nervous system (communication within the body) and the pineal gland (communication with Creator). When the Crown Chakra is imbalanced one may feel disconnected, experience headaches, feel faithless, apathetic, confused and/or overly intellectual.
Through mediation and other grounding techniques you can overcome these issues creating balance, awareness, connection, understanding, wisdom, and bliss. To restore balance within the Crown Chakra use essential oils such as Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Melissa, Tangerine, and/or Sandalwood.
In honor of the New Moon in Pisces we will be holding a FREE live conference call (long distance charges apply) on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 9 pm EDT (6 pm PDT). During the call we will talk more about the Pisces New Moon, discuss ways to enhance the manifesting process, and provide a guided imagery meditation to integrate your goals into the subconscious. Full Moon in Virgo – 2013
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, DNA Healing, Emotional Healing, Empowerment, Full Moon, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation
The Full Moon in Virgo on February 25, 2013 at 3:26pm EST (12:26pm PST) is sure to bring perspective. To make the most of this Full Moon, think big. Look at where you’re going versus where you’ve been.
Things come to light under the Full Moon. While the New Moon is introspective, the Full Moon is public. With the Full Moon, energy bursts forth with an often raw, unrefined exuberance. The emotional declarations usually have not been rationalized. They may appear to be “out of the blue,” “loony” and sometimes “immature.” But the surge of emotional energy can inspire healthy action and healing. There is something that needs to get out of your system. Whatever it is needs attention and validation.
The desire for change has been sitting within you for a while now. The Full Moon induces action. Watch any tendencies to project your own state of restlessness or frustrations onto others. Look at any desire to blame outside circumstances or other people for your own aggravations. And notice any irritations you are feeling towards others. This is a good indicator of what you need to work on since the moon reflects issues back to you. For example, if you’re feeling impatient and blaming others, find ways to manage your reaction and practice patience.
With the Full Moon a polarity is created between the sun and moon. This pull causes an element of emotional instability. You may feel torn between focusing on details (Virgo) versus inner development and mystical/spiritual pursuits. It highlights the real (Virgo) and the ideal (Pisces); function versus fantasy. You may experience breakthroughs in the intellectual (Virgo) or emotional (Pisces). And with expansive Jupiter’s influence you may finally move beyond stubborn limiting patterns, habits, and beliefs.
Find balance with this contrast through prayer, meditation, or whatever methods you find effective to help you be grounded and centered. Once balanced, pay attention to whatever patterns, habits or beliefs are being illuminated. Ask the Universe to assist you in releasing it and replace it with what you want. For example, release scarcity and replace with abundance and prosperity. If you want more love, then release resentments and replace with self-love. Whatever you want, find it within before seeking it outside. Validate your progress, and above all be patient.
The Full Moon is a great time to let go of perceived security and attachments, solidifying your belief in a continuous flow of resources. For example, the Universe doesn’t have large bank accounts, there is a continuous flow of money as needed. Stop any thoughts of scarcity with affirmations such as, “The Universe unconditionally supports me financially by __________________.” A good ongoing exercise is to describe all the ways you want the Universe to support you – mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. Be clear with you intentions, and let go of any preconceived perceptions of “how” you’ll be supported.
With the Full Moon in Virgo be present, playful, flexible, spontaneous, open to the unexpected, and inspired by surprises. Most importantly allow love, change, growth, and deep healing!

This month’s New Moon in Sagittarius occurs on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 3:42am EDT (12:32am PDT). Sagittarius brings with it adventure, curiosity, exploration, and travel.
Each New Moon cycle is the perfect time to ignite new projects, plant new seeds, or revisit existing goals. As we finish up 2012, use this New Moon as an opportunity to finish up any last projects, healing or allow necessary changes to transpire so you open the channels for a New Year, and New You. Spend time over the next couple of days dreaming BIG; begin planning and planting what you want to create for 2013.
The New Moon in Sagittarius invites honesty and truth into the picture. It’s a good time to ask your Creator to “see your truth” and understand the limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving what you want. Sagittarius is the archer, and teaches us to rise above limitations related to outdated belief systems, thoughts, and patterns. It’s time to dart into new territories and expand your thoughts, beliefs, and patterns.
Sagittarius is a risk-taker. It emphasizes the characteristics of trust, faith, and optimism. Use its influence to build your faith and restore optimism. The stage is being set to begin the next act, and it’s time to stop talking about what you want and get the show on the road. You’ll be inspired to reach beyond what you believed was possible with fiery Sagittarius combined with Uranus. Ask yourself, “Why do I fear letting go?” In asking the questions you’ll shift your results.
Sagittarius rules the 9th House – the House of Philosophy. Integrating goals related to foreign and domestic travel, culture, higher education, expanding knowledge, and my personal favorite – experience through expansion. Do you have goals related to expanding your career through additional education? Then this New Moon is the time to explore your options. Interested in traveling more? Set your sights on researching locations or meditate on places that inspire or pique your curiosity.
As 2012 comes to a close, we are buttoning up the year of rapid change in preparation for 2013; the year of balance, love harmony, and communication (more information about the New Year coming soon). Whatever you can finish up and leave behind in 2012, cleans the slate for an exciting New Year.

Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Gemini – 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, Emotional Healing, Empowerment, Full Moon, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation
A Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse takes place on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 9:46am EST (6:46am PST). With this Full Moon we are influenced by the multifaceted air sign Gemini, while the sun is in opinionated Sagittarius.
The Gemini-Sagittarius polarity focuses on our mental aspects; Gemini represents the lower mind and Sagittarius represents the higher mind. The conflict with this full moon is between thinking logically and having absolute answers (Gemini) versus diversity of ideas, solutions, and adventures (Sagittarius). Tendencies that take you too far into either end of the spectrum create imbalance. Ultimately the goal with any full moon is to find balance between the pull of both influences.
A Full Moon is the time to get connected. Information from our guides is heightened during this time so tune in to the subtle messages and promptings. This Full Moon in Gemini is about communication, adventure, and attitude. There is an energy building inside that needs to be revealed and expressed. Over the next two weeks you may have clarity and understanding about what that means for you.
The full moon is an emotional time; a time of healing, passion, romance, and relationships. The full moon “illuminates” what emotional wounding needs our attention, what direction we need to follow, what emotions need to be expressed, or what needs to be released from our system.
It’s a great time to create a ritual of releasing whatever emotions are highlighted and releasing them. This could be done by writing down what you wish to release and burning the list. With this exercise your intentions are released with the smoke for the Universe to assist you with resolving. Your intentions can include physical issues, emotional wounding, spiritual distress, fears, doubts, un-forgiveness, judgments, blame, etc. Ask your Creator for clarity in understand whatever stands between you and what you want.
As the moon travels through the earth’s shadow a lunar eclipse occurs. This may make you more sensitive to issues related to the collective consciousness. In my opinion, logical energy has dominated humanity for several thousands of years. It’s time for a shift in consciousness, using the higher mind and tapping into the higher-self. And this Full Moon has the power to do it. Gemini’s influence will be slightly diminished by the eclipse, giving Sagittarius the opportunity to spur ingenious solutions. Be alert to what new ideas or direction you’re being guided towards. The solutions may surprise and create astounding results!
To help you transmute self-sabotaging behaviors, old habits, and limiting beliefs add the essential oil blend Zendocrine from doTerra. It contains clove, grapefruit, rosemary, and geranium to help with the emotional cleansing. It is especially helpful for lifestyle changes such as leaving toxic relationships, altering diet, stopping addictive behaviors, and supporting the body during times of major transition. For more information click here or contact our office for other oils to support your energetic healing.

New Moon in Scorpio – 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, DNA Healing, Emotional Healing, Empowerment, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation, Transmutation
Be prepared to dig deep into the emotional pools with the New Moon in Scorpio on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 5:08pm EST (2:08pm PST). Our awareness is turned inward with transformative Scorpio as it pushes us to remove illusions and find our authentic selves.
Scorpio is a water sign, which rules our emotions. Experiencing a full range of emotions is a blessing and a curse of the human experience. Without an adequate understanding of how to process emotions they often get stuck within the physical body. With Scorpio we are perfectly positioned for a personal renewal at the deepest levels. We are prompted to let go of the stale behaviors and unresolved emotions in order to openly receive healthier perspectives. When we learn how to process what we are feeling instead of allowing the vibration of the emotions to stagnate within us, we become masters of our emotions instead of being controlled by them.
The New Moon in Scorpio is intensified with the Solar Eclipse that occurs on Wednesday November 14, 2012. Solar Eclipses occur with a New Moon. When the moon covers the sun during an eclipse was are prompted to go deeper within to clean out all the emotional clogs that hold us back from manifesting our deepest desires. Your inner wisdom is encouraging you to face and resolve them. Ask for guidance regarding the best way to face your issues. You’ll be amazed at the support you’ll receive when you follow through. When you avoid cleaning out the gunk, it continues to haunt you.
Every new moon is a time of new beginnings, rebirth, and new opportunities. It’s a great time to begin new projects, set new goals, and revisit existing ones. To get the most out of this new moon consider setting goals that revolve around deep emotional purification. What resentments, un-forgiveness, and other emotions do you hold onto? Where do you react with fear, judgment, guilt, or shame? Do you want to manifest more? Then Scorpio is the perfect place to surrender.
Scorpio rules the Eighth House. The Eighth House is about support we receive from others. It is the house of regeneration – and covers death, sex, legal issues, and metaphysics. The Eighth House is where a person is purified through an intense meeting or crisis. Metaphorically speaking, this can be seen as a deep crisis that assists a person in purging their negativity. This crisis can be seen in a jealous rage, hatred, or possessiveness. Everything about this House is felt at a deep level; a person will give up everything to have their desired results. Its focus is on transforming obstacles so it can create what it desires.
Join us in honoring the New Moon in Scorpio for a live FREE conference call on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 9pm EDT (6pm PDT). Full Moon – August 31 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, DNA Healing, Emotional Healing, Empowerment, Essential Oils, Full Moon, Inner Alchemy, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation, Transmutation
During August 2012 we experience a unique event with two Full Moons. The first full moon occurred on August 1st, with the second is happening on August 31st. When this occurs the second one is called a “blue moon.” The blue moon name does not mean the moon has a blue hue, it is simply a term used when two full moons occur during a calendar month. The next blue moon occurs in July 2015.
The exact time of the Full Moon is on August 31, 2012 at 9:58am EDT (6:58am PDT). It moves into the astrological sign of Pisces. Emotional wounds may weigh you down during this “Blue Moon” because Pisces is prone to feeling victimized. This moon is conjunct Chiron, which represents the ” original wound” and Neptune, which tends to cloud issues. You may feel like you’re caught in a maze and don’t know which way to turn.
Pisces also rules the 12th House – The House of Self-Imprisonment. This could be a very interesting time. For those of you who are doing the healing work, it will be a great time of releasing ties to your original wound, old emotions, and self-imposed limitations. Generally Pisces brings an element of elusiveness and secrets. This will be further clouded by Neptune’s presence. Be cautious to make rash decisions, because things may not be as they seem. It’s a great moon to go into the depths of your soul and fish around for emotions fragmentation and spiritual distress that have occurred in this and other lifetimes.
For those who are avoiding healing work, it may be thrust upon you with the Full Moon. Keep in mind when going through transitions, either chosen by you or by others, you’re attitude towards the change determines the outcome. You can choose to go through situations with anger, strife, and stress, or see the opportunity for healing, growth, and gratitude.
During any Full Moon emotions are brought to light by the reflection of the illuminated moon. Using this time to release unresolved emotions is a sure-fire way to enhance your ability to manifest. We are emotional beings and need to learn how to process the “energy in motion” (E-motion) that has become stagnant or stuck in the body. Once the e-motions have been resolved you feel lighter, more energetic, free, and you’re able to hold more light.
Creating a ritual around the Full Moon is a great way to progressively heal. By following the same practice each month, you’ll create a rhythm and flow with the healing process. Here are some suggestions for Full Moon healing:
1) A few days prior to the Full Moon take note of recurring emotions or experiences
2) Identify specific emotions through journaling and introspection
3) Make a list of emotions you want to release
4) Make a list of emotions you want to replace them with
5) Bless the list calling in your Creator, guides, angels, ancestors, and anyone else that is here for your highest healing
6) Create a burning ceremony using the fire to release the emotions into the Universe and replacing them with the new ones
7) See yourself letting go of the emotions that you’re releasing
8) Shift old patterns through affirmations when you catch yourself responding to the patterns
8) Express gratitude for support and validation during your transitions
Healing is your responsibility. Instead of avoiding it, take charge and face the fears that hold you back from leading an Empowered Life! Use the power of the Full Moon (Blue Moon) in Pisces to boost your healing.

Emotional Healing
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, DNA Healing, Emotional Healing, Empowerment, Essential Oils, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation, Transmutation
What emotions are running your life?
You know, the ones that keep cropping up. You try to deny, suppress, avoid, or ignore them, but they keep popping up. It’s like the weed in the crack of the sidewalk that no matter how hard you try, it keeps coming back. Perhaps you’ve tried therapy, traditional medicine, or self-medicating, but nothing seems to work.
Why is getting rid of emotional wounding so difficult?
Imagine going out into your yard to pull the weeds. The soil is hard and packed down, and at the first attempt you only pull out the stems. By only pulling out the part of the weed you see the weed will quickly grow back. To effectively pull out the entire weed it would be helpful to have the right tools. You might want a shovel for digging and perhaps some water to pour around the weeds and loosen the soil. With the right tools you can easily weed the garden.
Getting to the root of the emotional wound isn’t always easy. The wounding can be caused from events in your current lifetime, other lifetimes, and even your ancestor’s lifetimes (DNA). The wounding continuously follows you until you choose to resolve it. Once it’s resolved, you never have to fear or hide from it.
To fully heal, you need the right tools and support to get to the root of it all. Once you understand the process you use the same method on each issue that crops up, and the healing process becomes easier.
Did you know that emotions hold a vibrational frequency?
Dr. David Hawkings writes in his book,” Power versus Force, about muscle testing (applied kinesiology) to determine the vibrational frequency of various emotions. Shame, blame, and guilt fall on the lowest end of the scale while love, joy, and enlightenment vibrate very high.
Why is it important to heal emotional wounds?
By resolving and releasing lower vibrating emotions you’re body feels lighter and your capacity to hold more light and higher vibrating emotions is easier. Life in general seems to flow easier. You’ll feel more joy and happiness. And it is easier to manifest what you want because the good stuff you want vibrates at higher rates.
What tools will assist me with healing the mind, body, and soul?
1) Journaling is a great tool to help organize your thoughts so you have a clear picture of the emotions
2) Creating a dialogue between you and the version of yourself (child, teenager, etc) when the emotional wounds took place. Validating the emotions is a big part of healing it
3) Meditation to ask your Creator to pull, cancel, and release, the emotional wounds and replacing them with what emotions you do want
4) Apply therapeutic grade essential oils for support
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are extracted from plants, herbs, barks, and peels. They are the essence (life force) of the plant and have a vibrational frequency. They assist with healing emotional wounds by providing the right frequency and environment for healing.
Essential oils are a catalyst for healing. They create the right environment for the process without doing the actual work for us. They hold a vibrational frequency that supports the body as emotions are brought up, and simply hold space for the transformation. It’s similar to having a private holistic practitioner with you all the time, holding the right vibration for you as you release and resolve the wounding.
When emotions come up, how do you respond? Do you become fearful of it? Do you tell yourself, “Not now!” Do you ignore it? Essential oils are a fabulous tool supporting emotional weeding. Essential oils each hold a different vibration that assists various energetic deficiencies in the body. They hold a consistent vibration as you take an honest look at yourself and face the unresolved emotional wounds.
Do all essential oils provide support in healing?
No. One would assume that the name says it all… 100% pure. But, sadly, that label can be very deceiving. Many people are unaware that the essential oil industry does not have high standards for what is labeled 100% pure essential oil.
For any essential oil to be labeled 100% pure, a single test needs to be passed. This test is called the Gas Chromatograph test. In a nutshell, it tests the oil to make sure all the correct components that make up a particular essential oil are present.
Most reputable companies in the Essential Oil industry conduct this test. If an essential oil passes, it can be labeled as 100% pure. But here is the catch, an essential oil can be labeled as 100% pure, even if all the components are synthetically created! A synthetic essential oil simply cannot have the same therapeutic value as a complex, naturally occurring essential oil.
Even though Gas Chromatography testing insures that the oil contains the correct compounds, it does not determine if the oil contains any impurities, pesticides or other chemicals present.
There are different grades of essential oils:
– Fragrance (most abundant, and most of these are synthetic – no therapeutic value)
– Food (great for flavoring – not therapeutic)
– Therapeutic
– Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade
Next time you are at a health food store, pick up an essential oil bottle that is labeled 100% pure – one that you are positive should be fine to be consumed – like lemon. Read the bottle for “warnings.” The most common one is “not for internal use.” This alone should alert you to synthetics, additives, alcohol, fillers and chemical that are present in these oils, making them unsafe for human consumption.
The only essential oils that can be trusted for being 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils are those that have passed the CPTG standard. CPTG stands for Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade. To obtain this level of classification, in addition to Gas Chromatography, a Mass Spectrometry test needs to be performed also. Mass Spectrometry testing looks for 3 things the Gas Chromatograph doesn’t.
NATURAL: That all the constituents are natural and free from synthetics.
PURITY: That there are no fillers, chemicals, pesticides, etc in the oil.
POTENCY: That the components or constituents that make up the oil are at the correct therapeutic levels.
For years I’ve know what a powerful catalyst essential oils can be in the healing process. But until recently finding oils that held a high vibration to truly support healing was challenging. But I’m excited to say that I’ve found a line of oils that has one vital component, integrity!
Facilitating the healing within others is my passion. I’ve been doing it for over 30 years! The benefits my clients have seen when adding essential oils to their healing process has been astounding. As a result, many have asked that healing classes be offered to teach them about essential oils and healing.

Full Moon in Capricorn 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, DNA Healing, Empowerment, Full Moon, Inner Alchemy, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation
There will more than just fireworks lighting up the night sky this week. On Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:52pm EDT (11:52am PDT) we experience the Full Moon in Capricorn. The Full Moon is a culmination of what began with the New Moon. It is an expansive time where we look outwardly towards the fruits of our labor.
The Cancer-Capricorn polarity brings up concerns between the private life and need for a home base (Cancer) and the public view of career and reputation (Capricorn). The need for a strong home-base is being pulled by the need for responsibility to others. It’s a reminder to solidify commitments to family as well as to our career. Speak up and express your heart’s desires. It will help balance the scales.
Capricorn brings a slow, steady pace that prompts us to go deeply into old perceptions and patterns of what needs to be cleared out or adjusted. A door may rapidly open as the chains that have been binding are loosened. Cancer supports our healing at this time with its ability to resolve deep emotional issues; use this time to journal emotional outbursts so the patterns and healing can begin.
With the Full Moon we often get glimpses of possibilities as our emotions are heightened. These insights are the foundation of big dreams and need to be nurtured on a regular basis. Take time to listen to your heart and find the courage to take the necessary steps towards the dreams.
With any Full Moon it’s wise to incorporate some sort of ritual where there is a celebration of life. It’s a good time to express gratitude, release emotions, and celebrate life. The Full Moon in Capricorn is rooted in the energy of the physical structures or systems of life. There may be moments of uncertainty as systems that appeared to be stable are crumbling. This opens up a realm of new possibilities as a new foundation is being laid for the future. To navigate uncharted waters, be open and receptive to change.
The Full Moon in Capricorn supports the physical body. It is a good time to nurture yourself, giving it the love and attention it deserves!

Venus Transit June 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Ascension, Empowerment, Inner Alchemy, Jana Matthews, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation, Transmutation
Venus is the planet of love and money. She crosses in front of the Sun (eclipse) on June 5/6, 2012 depending on your location. Due to her elliptical rotation, she only crosses in front of the Sun every 100-120 years. When such an event occurs it influences and intensifies change within us and in our outside world.
Venus Transit falls on the heals of the Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse as well as the Solar Eclipse on May 20th. It will significantly influence us until the Solstice in December 2012. Since the Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 we have been releasing unbalanced, power-based, destructive energy making room for balance, creativity, and heart-centered expression. We are releasing the dominant male energy and replacing it with spiritual warrior energy.
Since Venus is traveling in front of the sun, she is “eclipsing” old patterns of co-dependency that no longer work. Once these patterns are shattered and released, we are potentially open to allow new energy of independence and self-sufficiency that support both the balanced feminine and masculine energy.
Awareness of your patterns and what issues are coming up for you at this time is key to self-healing. Only you and your Creator can determine what needs to be healed within. Listen to your inner voice and face the shadow side. Your Creator provides you with infinite support to assist you no matter how fearful you may be.
For the next several months the universe is supporting big transitions and healing within. Use the energy of Venus Transit wisely; healing what has been suppressed or ignored. In doing so your entire world (inner and outer) will shift, allowing you to create the life you desire and attract what you want.

Full Moon in Libra 2012
Posted by Jana Groscost Matthews | Filed under Affirmations, Ascension, Empowerment, Full Moon, Manifesting, New Moon Manifesting, Self Healing, Transformation
The Full Moon is a time of culmination of what began with the New Moon. The Full Moon in Libra is opposite of the sun in Aries on Friday April 6, 2012 at 3:20pm EDT (12:20pm PDT). The Full Moon reflects our emotions, with this particular axis focused on the polarity of relationships.
The Libra Full Moon suggests we find balance in relationships of all kinds. Where are the scales out of balance? Giving and receiving are important aspects of any healthy relationship. Where in your relationships does there need to be more fairness and harmony? This Full Moon will illuminate areas that need your attention. The first instinct with the Libra energy is to fix things and bring them back into balance.
Change in any relationship is based upon change within yourself or the other person. Ask your Creator for guidance to determine who should change. If one changes to appease the situation instead of speaking one’s truth then the lesson may be lost. If it is necessary for the other person to change, then ask your Creator for courage to speak your Truth with them. Speaking your Truth is a very liberating and transformative experience; restoring your power.
Emotions are heightened during any Full Moon, but Aries’ emphasis is on satisfying the “self,” and Libra’s emphasis is on satisfying “others.” This polarity may cause distress between wanting to win and creating win-win situations. In a heightened emotional state it’s difficult to shift your perspective because of the imbalance. It is better to come back and re-examine the situation when your emotions have calmed down.
Emotions are an indicator that a belief system or pattern is presenting itself for clearing. Emotions are a point of reference that your Creator is using to point the way for healing. Pay attention to what you are being shown! By learning how to work with emotional indicators, you can quickly transform and heal yourself. One way you can break the belief or pattern is to detach from your emotions and look at the situation without the emotions clouding your perspective.
Use affirmations, meditation, and grounding techniques to help shift old patterns to new ones.
