Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to change unwanted thought patterns or subconscious programming to retrain your thoughts to what you want to create. Affirmations can be recited in your mind, out loud, or in front of a mirror while looking into your own eyes. Initially, it may feel awkward and uncomfortable, but with consistent practice they become a habit.
