Many times we have challenges staying focused on accomplishing our goals. We try something out for a while, but when the results are not achieved in a specific time frame we often abandon the effort. So this year I was thinking about how I could help my clients stay on track with their goals. Instead of suggesting the usual New Year’s Resolution list, I’ve encouraged people to create a New Moon Manifesting list. In breaking the cycle down with each new moon, you can see what you’ve accomplished each cycle and by the end of the year it will be easy to look in your file and see your successes for the year.
Manifesting goals and intentions requires us to step away from our analyzing heads and create from our hearts – our emotion and passion. During each 45 minute session, I’ll provides ideas, suggestions, inspiration, insight, affirmations and a 20 minute guided imagery meditation, to clear the head and the emotional body so you’re manifesting from your heart. The added power of meditating as a group will help you achieve your goals much faster.
To prepare for the session, write down a list of goals or intentions you want to attract or issues you want to release during the new lunar cycle. After the cycle is over, review your old list crossing off goals achieved and file it, then begin a new list for the new cycle. To maintain balance in your life, look at goals in several different areas including financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physically, then set goals for the next four weeks to work towards.
To prepare for each session, find a quiet location where you will be relaxed and undisturbed for the call.
