T-Zone Week 3

Tonight, June 2, 2010 at 7pm PST (9pm Central) we will be holding our third teen class/meditation (adults are welcome to join us also). To participate call into the conference line at 805.360.1000 access code 403871#. During the call you’ll want to be in a place that is quiet especially during the meditation so you can relax and let go.

There are many benefits to meditating for 5-10 minutes everyday. It’s a great way to calm yourself down, reduce anxiety (especially during finals), and more easily access information. We see in pictures so to achieve your goals you have to see yourself doing/achieving it. Meditation is a great way to visualize yourself getting what you want; whether it winning a race or game, getting a particular grade, or getting a new job, when you visualize is during meditation it projects that image into the cosmos that this is the goal and I want your help in reaching it.
