Summer Solstice Celebration

The sun will soon be reaching its apex in the Northern Hemisphere on June 21, 2010. It’s a time of celebration and honoring our sun and all the benefits it provides for us. It’s a time for expansion and growth by caring for ourselves and others instead of resisting changes.
Do something to honor the sun and yourself on the solstice. Coming together in ritual and community has been a longstanding tradition of many cultures. If you’re in or around the Lake Tahoe area on June 21st, join us for our Solstice Celebration at the lower BBQ area of Regional Park on Brockway Road at 7pm. To prepare for the manifesting, write down a list of goals or intentions you want to attract or issues you want to release during the lunar cycle. After the cycle is over, review your old list crossing off goals achieved and file it, then begin a new list for the new cycle. To maintain balance in your life, look at goals on several different levels including financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physically.
