Got a package full of wishes
A time machine, a magic wand, a globe made out of gold
No instructions or commandments

What kind of world do you want?
The above are some of the lyrics from “World” by Five for Fighting. I find the lyrics to be very inspiring. As we prepare for another New Year there is always hope for things to change. Ultimately the only thing we have control over is ourselves, and the only thing we can change is ourselves.
Each moment we have an opportunity to make a different choice. We all have the free agency to make changes and create different results. We have the ability to think anything! To create anything! Like a puzzle, we put the pieces together until we create the masterpiece we want.
Perhaps you’ve believed that your results were limited. Someone else taught you and programmed you to think that way – it’s their voice in your head that limits your results. In the New Year, break out of the old mold and create a new tape playing in your head. Free yourself from thoughts, patterns, and actions that limit your results. Believe in something new. Expand your vision and think bigger than you ever have before.
This New Year has so much to offer everyone who is ready to receive it. I’ll be honest it’s going to take some work on your part. Anytime we change something, our awareness brings both the change we want and the old pattern into view. Now is the challenge, what choice do you make? Do you pick the familiar pattern or something different?
Sometimes you may react because the pattern is so habitual. Sometimes you may respond differently. Changing patterns takes practice – just like a child learning to walk, you too are doing something new. Sometimes you’ll stand strong and move in the direction you want, other times you’ll fall down as your emotions take over.
Be patient with yourself! Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.
As you go through this year remember to be careful what you wish for, because your history starts now!

To prepare for the manifesting, write down a list of goals or intentions you want to attract or issues you want to release during the lunar cycle. After the cycle is over, review your old list crossing off goals achieved and file it, then begin a new list for the new cycle. To maintain balance in your life, look at goals on several different levels including financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physically.
