During this lunation is a time for dissolving old foundations, re-defining essentials, and creating new platforms of stability in your creativity and resourcefulness. The old foundations include all the ways we have learned to organize our perceptions and emotions.
This is a time to ask yourself:
“What fundamental beliefs and foundations am I willing to now let go of?”
“What are my essentials?”
“How can I tap into my creativity?”
“How can I be more resourceful?”
“What perceptions and emotions am I willing to release?”
By asking yourself these questions you will discover new options, learn what essentials are important and how to build a foundation based in simplicity and creativity. This is a highly creative time, so stretch your imagination and push the envelope beyond what you ever dreamed was possible!
Look at yourself for any self-defeating beliefs and behavior by exploring the realm of possibilities and asking yourself “what if” or “why not?” Honestly, what have you got to lose? Although your mind (ego) will lead you astray, your heart only knows truth. Dream big! Follow and trust your heart!

To prepare for the manifesting, write down a list of goals or intentions you want to attract or issues you want to release during the lunar cycle. After the cycle is over, review your old list crossing off goals achieved and file it, then begin a new list for the new cycle. To maintain balance in your life, look at goals on several different levels including financial, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physically.
